Design Approach

Jewelry communicates connections beyond that of metal and stone—it speaks to memories, experiences, objects, and emotions in a powerful way that is unique unto itself. Jewelry not only reminds—or reflects—memory and experience, but encapsulates these feelings into a wearable object. This relationship of jewelry to time, sensation, and environment is what we hope to explore when creating custom pieces.

My hope is to pursue the experience of creating something special and unique that is particular to you and this project. Together, we will embark on a collaborative art project that is more elaborated than simply acquiring a new piece of jewelry. Let’s make a wearable piece of art that references the moments and memories that you’d like to carry with you.
