- For “ Ready to Ship” items: Please allow 3-5 business days for a processing window.
- For “Made to Order” items: Please allow 3-4 weeks to complete your order.
- All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- If you have requirements or international shipping inquiries, please send us an email (neji.jewelry@gmail.com) titled “Shipping inquiry” prior to placing your order.
- Neji Jewelry is not responsible for shipping times or lost/stolen packages.
